Ranked in last place, we have Garuda’s Talons, which just… they don’t fit in. But I like to consider usability and coolness as well. In fact, properly modded, these are all insane. You can get HUGE damage numbers on all of these. Note: this is mostly based on personal opinion. In today’s article, I’m going to rank all twelve exalted weapons. But there are lots of exalted weapons, and they’re all definitely not equal. Even if you’re already armed with an explosive bow, the badassery of summoning another bow is too cool to pass up. The ability to suddenly summon a weapon of death out of thin air is just so cool. That being said if you aim for 75% DR you could probably still have a pretty good build, and excal is one of those that could pull it off.Exalted weapons are awesome. It's hard to get the full benefit whilst keeping efficiency non-negative and without compromising power strength which exalted needs for higher level stuff. That sounds like only a little bit better than 75%, but mathematically damage reduction gets exponentially better as you get closer to to 100%, so what seems like an extra 15% damage reduction is actually an additional 60% damage reduction going from 75% to 90%. The trouble is you need 300% duration to hit 90% DR. Null star needs a high duration low range build as you've described. I mean, you could as well just put it on any frame at all and shoot it for the same effect though. You should be able to use your exalted waves on the target at a distance and per the ability description you will get %lifesteal, and any allies in the small area around the target will also be healed. I don't see why exalted weapon damage should work any differently from weapon damage or ability damage, which should work normally on the new well of life. I need to test how well I can keep the orbs up without it 1st before I decide on which form I like better. The blank spot is for the augment for Null Star, if necessary if not then Adaptation I'd probably slot for more durability. 98, which is good for prolonged use and the ability to gain energy and spam Howl when necessary. This prototype build does reduce your Radiant Howl to only a 8.5m Radius, but it will last for almost 40s. Using Primed Continuity on top of that bumps the number of AP to 15, or 75% DR. That being said, the augment also solves the problem of not being able to recast while active, since it explodes the remaining orbs and ends the skill, allowing for a recast at any time after that.Ī build using just an R10 Narrowminded grants 11 AP with 1 AP required for 5% damage reduction, or a max of 55% DR. But the orb reactive radius is determined by Range and the number of orbs affected by Duration, so the mod Narrowminded could be used to prevent the orbs from constantly flying out while you use EB and retain the full damage reduction. Two of the biggest issues with this is that you can't recast the ability while it is active, and being near enemies causes the AP to fly out and hit them like they are being controlled by Magneto. The other option I'm thinking of is Nova's Null Star, which people often forget provides damage reduction based on the number of AP currently orbiting the player. What has me particularly curious about this is that if you are using EB, do the waves from your sword trigger this effect? Because if they do, then you'll not only have a constant passive healing effect, but a way to fully heal yourself with a single wave shot at an enemy held by WoL, granting yourself and your squad some solid support (by that logic, I'm also curious about Baruuk, since his SS is basically a instant range wave fist of death, but that's another story). If you hit the enemy, a % of the damage dealt gets converted into AoE heal". DE gave us: "Now does small amount of heal over time over a large range. Trinity's Well of Life is being reworked so that it, according to the desc. This may sound crazy and will require testing (it's actually the 1st thing I'm going to test), but if it is survival you are looking for then there may be a few options some are overlooking.
